Viviane Vayssieres

Viviane Vayssieres hails from La Rochelle in France. For thirteen years she was Display Mgr. for Dickins & Jones Harrods Ltd, but it was as the Sales and Marketing Director for James Egleton Ladies Hat Manufacturer that she came to Luton in 1990. She marketed Philip Treacy Accessories Collection worldwide and was an active Board Member of the British Hat Guild for 10 years. Viv was CEO of Experience Bedfordshire, The Tourism Partnership CIC and Rett UK Head of Fundraising and Corporate Partnership, she launched Paule Rochelle Sales and Marketing Consultancy in 2009.

Isaac, a seasoned chef with over two decades in the food industry, has revolutionised fast food into a luxurious and indulgent experience. His journey began in the fast-food sector, but his passion for fine cuisine led him to explore and learn from diverse cultures across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

Inspired by his global culinary odyssey, Isaac fused the delicate flavours he discovered into fast food offerings, elevating them to new heights. His menu creations tantalise the senses, offering a refined dining experience even in the fast-food realm.

Apart from his culinary establishments, Isaac’s expertise extends to catering for grand events, where he mesmerises guests with his exquisite dishes. His dedication to elevating fast food to an art form has earned him widespread acclaim and recognition.
